Purchasing Merchandise

1. All Paypal purchases are done on Paypal's secure 128-bit encryption servers.
2. Your personal information (Name, address, and e-mail) is used for the sole purpose of fulfilling orders for merchandise.
3. Credit card payments are made on a third party web server. I am not responsible for any errors or miscommunications that may occur on that page.
4. Personal check requests are forwarded to my e-mail address. From there, I will send a confirmation e-mail back to you about your request. Your check will be made out to my supplier and sent to him.
5. You have the right to a refund within 30 days of purchase or date of check.
6. Refunds will be issued only if merchandise has NOT been shipped to you, the customer, OR if the you, the customer, pay to have the item(s) shipped back to the original location. All items must be in their original, unused condition upon returning them.

Submitting Your Site

The information required to list your web page:

4. "Inappropriate" items will be decided by the webmaster, and no such written statement will be posted.
5. In no way, shape or form will your personal information be sent to any other third parties unless required by state or federal law.
6. You have the right AND obligation to fill in a description, and/or enter comments about the pictures. Failure to do so, will result in the webmaster making up a description or modifying any aspect of the picture if necessary.
7. I have the absolute right to post the pictures once received and therefore hold myself responsible for the descriptions/content of the pictures.
8. I can and will remove a picture with or without notification at any time for any reason.

Privacy of Personal Information

The webmaster:

1. Will NOT release any personal information to any third party.*
2. Can use your IP address for the sole purpose of restricting access or if required by state and/or federal law. I may choose to use it for reporting purposes that are only available to you, such as a 404 error page. It will not be used or publically displayed for any other reasons.
